I didn't think it would be a big deal, but when trying to close it, you need 2 hands to pull it DOWN to close all the way. And if you already carrying the bag on 1 shoulder, it's very cumbersome to close that 2nd compartment with 1 hand.

Material is thin and easily will tear if not careful. I cant complain because ingot the backpack for $10 on a sale. For a retail price id shop around.
