    I like the clear backing as it's makes it easier to find my yellow iPad. It keeps the ipad upright in a good viewing position. Durable and easy to put the iPad into it.

    This case not only protects the I-Pad, it allows me to position the I-Pad so that it is easy to use.

    The back side that holds the ipad up was not put together well, broke off within a month of having it. As for damage, it holds up well we have dropped a few times and it did not damage the Ipad.
