Comes with a pouch on the outside of the bag to hold the plugin charger or whatever you may have a use for it.

I wish it was insulated because sometimes I leave my Mac in the car for a few hours. Laptop was freezing cold I could not even bare to touch it. If Targus creates an insulated one I will definitely purchase that.
