Returned case over a month ago and after many Emails still no shipping info. A month to get a replacement and no word on when it will ship? It was a good case while it lasted. But how can i recomend it if their CS is so poor?

It isn't big and bulky, the case is actually pretty soft but still has good durability and is very optimal when watching videos. Since it doesn't have predetermined angle notches and the material does not slide, you can watch it at whatever angle is most comfortable.
