    I initially was happy with this product. Now with the fan noise and vibration when I first turn it on I'm wondering if it's going to die soon. I've only had it a short time. Other than that, it works good. My laptop hasn't shut down from overheating since I've used it. Another annoying thing is that it lifts the laptop a little higher than you would want when working from a desk. Sitting on your lap it seems to put the laptop in a more convenient position. Let's see how this vibration and noise thing plays out though before I'm willing to say it's better than just an "ok" product. Maybe Best Buy or the manufacturer will replace it with one that'll hold up longer.

    Fan helps to keep heat off my lap which I really like! The place where it snaps together comes loose most everytime i pick it up. I think it needs a more secure closure. Size is perfect for my 15" laptop. Overall i am pleased.
