I cannot fault the product for not being able to rectify the problem but it was thick and bulky and did not produce much airflow. Could be very noisy at times where it would sound as if the fans are being squeezed internally. You would have to give it a little shake to stop it. Not a great product and not worth the money.

high cost/average fan

The salesperson recommended this one, ( he had just purchased one). It was fine the first month, but now every now and again it will start vibrating and making an awful noise, usually just when you first turn on the laptop. Not impressed at all.

not a good product for the price
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the fan is very noisy. like its scraping against the plastic. also the little lip to hold the laptop in place is not very big and my laptop keeps sliding off of it. this is the 2nd one i bought because of the noisy fan...i thought that the first one was just gettting old because i had had it for a little over a yr. however since i bought the 2nd one and it did the same thing in less than 2 months time i conclude that this is not a good product. i am very dissappointed as i spent $40 on the 2nd one.
