Its more designed for carrying inside another bag...like a backpack. Has nice padding and a pocket on the front. For 19 dollars on sale it was a great deal.

It is compact enough to be called a sleeve but with the front pocket and the arm strap, it almost folks you to believe it is a legitimate laptop bag. It works great!

The only thing wrong is when I went to check out it was a different price & when I approached the cashier that was the price & I even showed them the pic!
