Works well but the adapter falls out

wrong item even after I gave correct laptop info

Perfect Solution for Backup Adapter

I needed a backup adapter after I left my power adapter at a client's office on a Friday night. I wish I had seen this before I purchased a backup IBM adapter for my Lenovo laptop.

They did enclose a card with a customer service number for getting a different connector at no cost. Easy call, friendly people, showed up in about 10 days or so.
