The other brands did not fit Asus laptop computer. This is the only brand Best Buy sells. It works just fine!

So far, overall I have been pleased with purchase decision. Was looking for a quality, yet reasonably priced, washer and dryer.

Purchased to replace broken cord for my Dell. Works well. Although connection piece not as tight as original so periodically will fall out. Cord was a bit pricey.

The adapter works fine ,my issue is qith Dell as the computer is only six months old and adapter burnt up completely unacceptable

Needed a new adapter. Purchased the same type as I previously had. The only thing, it did not have the tip needed for my computer. I just use the tip that I used before and seems to be working fine.

This worked for me and my needs. My original adapter shocked me for some reason and stopped working. This one offered multiple adapter options so has come in handy for more than just my computer.

Daughter dropped her laptop and of course it hit where the power cord attached. Perfect replacement and a lot less expensive than getting one from the manufacturer.

Sure it works. Targus in their infinite wisdom has changed the ends and how they connect once again. No tips fit except for the latest ones. They also make sure they scientifically formulate the exact tips you get to make sure you only fit about half of the super common laptops so you got to, yup guess what BUY a expansion kit with more tips. If you have an older Targus Universal laying around oh well that's exactly what it is. The tips can't be shared! So do you want a tip for me? Amazon, Wish app, eBay,,,,, I just bought it cuz I needed it that day and I could have been a complete communist and just brought it back ...but I don't believe in renting merchandise like that, it's not honest. But only buy this if you're desperate and in a hurry

Perfect replacement for my ASUS - 2-in-1 14" Touch-Screen Laptop - Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive - Silver AC adapter.

Works as advised, works great, just what I came into the store for and salesmen showed it to me as what I would need.

What can I say? Arrived when promised. Working as promised. What I needed when I needed it. And if I'm dumb enough to lose another power adapter I can switch the plug if I need to.

I haven't had any problems or issues with this charger. It seems to be on par with OEM quality in terms of safety and charging efficiency.

I needed one in emergency, when i lost my original charger for Dell Latitude 5480 couple of months ago. And it works perfectly well with it, with no issues so far.

the only thing I think that would make this a better product is to have a zipper type pouch for keeping track of the connector tips that come with the product rather than a zip lock pouch

Worked great for my HP laptop and is a high quality item. It was pretty expensive and if I could have bought elsewhere would have. But, Best Buy had it in stock so they got the sale.

Great adapter, but I only use it as a backup. I bought it when I went out of the area for a day and forgot my original charger.

This is a good product. However, this was an exchange due to a faulty mute button light. The product was quickly exchanged due to the great staff at the store.

Works just like the original power adaptors for laptops. Find the right power tip and plug it in. No problems with my HP or Dell.
