Both BeatBuy and Targus state that this item are compatible with my laptop and yet none of the interchangeable pieces fit. Both companies really should include more info to where we can specifically see what device models the charges/pieces are compatible with and the part numbers for each of those pieces. “Universal” = “One Size fits Most”

Each one comes with 4 to 5 different tips to cover most major brands. If the included tips are not the ones for your laptop there is a card included that says to call us and we would be happy to assist you with getting the right tip for your device. Guess what this one doesn't have? That's right...the one literally everyone needs. Don't waste your money.

Posted .They are Universal in that they work with many makes and models. USB-C is not yet the standard though it is more common than it has been. We do not have USB-C tips due to the different protocols involved with USB-C. We do have USB-C chargers however. Our customer support team would be happy to help you look at them. The adapter I needed was not included, as suggested it would be. There was a phone number to call to have it shipped. The box and the company website were very misleading. I used one of the included adapters, which did not fit, and forced it to work.

I specifically entered my model on the website when I scanned the QR code and it said it was universal. It’s not a bad product if your laptop is compatible I guess, I wouldn’t know, which defeats the whole purpose. I’m also angry that Best Buy didn’t have what I needed. Direct competitor did.

We do recommend contacting us 24/7 at 866-721-4805 to verify compatibility of your laptop with our adapters. When you do this if for any reason the needed tip is not included we can also help get the correct tip shipped to you.
