I specifically entered my model on the website when I scanned the QR code and it said it was universal. It’s not a bad product if your laptop is compatible I guess, I wouldn’t know, which defeats the whole purpose. I’m also angry that Best Buy didn’t have what I needed. Direct competitor did.

Posted .Mike, our Universal 90w Power Adapter is universal in that it does work with most brands. However, it may not work with all models of that brand. We do recommend contacting us 24/7 at 866-721-4805 to verify compatibility of your laptop with our adapters. When you do this if for any reason the needed tip is not included we can also help get the correct tip shipped to you.

In returning the product, it took well over an hour to get access to the store to complete the less than a minute return.

The universal charger did not have a pin that would fit the computer and nobody seemed to know enough to save me the hassle of buying something that didn't work.

It Wasn’t A Good Fit

When I received the Adapter, it did not fit. I tried most of the tips extensions. I should have read the description better. Otherwise I am sure this was a wonderful product. Sadly, I had to return it.
