One of the pockets inside actually faces the section where you’d store your laptop, so I can see the metal zipper rubbing and scratching against your laptop unless it’s in another case like a sleeve. Might’ve been a better choice to have the zippers on the outside and have all the pockets inside be closed with Velcro or something instead of a zipper.

The ( plastic) buckle broke on me walking to catch a flight ( my brand new laptop inside. When I returned from my trip, the 14 day return policy had passed ( I assumed since it was a clear product failure they would have been a bit more understanding

Unusable after three months of light use

After three months of light use, the plastic joint in the left strap broke, which rendered the backpack unusable. I would expect this from a $10 backpack, but not from an expensive $60 product.

Needed it for my new 16 inch macbook, fits perfectly even with another laptop bag. The divider between normal space and laptop space is a little unclear because of the thin divider, but looks sleek and the interchangeability is also comfortable when I don't want two straps hanging on my shoulders

But the internal structures does not lend it self to a structured organizational system. The Separator does not extend completely from end to end thereby keeping the components isolated. There is a zipper compartment but it is small and limited.
