It’s a good bag, but I find one of the zipper locations questionable. One of the pockets inside actually faces the section where you’d store your laptop, so I can see the metal zipper rubbing and scratching against your laptop unless it’s in another case like a sleeve. Might’ve been a better choice to have the zippers on the outside and have all the pockets inside be closed with Velcro or something instead of a zipper.

Very versatile, can be used as backpack or briefcase.

I use this all the time...great comfortable backpack for cycling to work then walking into the business meeting holding it like a briefcase. Easily holds one or two days worth of clothes pair of shoes and my computer for an overnight trips.

I wear this work everyday. Had so many compliments.

This is a very nice backpack and has lasted me a long while. It is slim so can’t fit big books in with it.

The negative aspects of my review don’t have to do with the product itself, but with my order. The product itself is currently not in my hands, but I’ve been advised by the person that received it that it is great! However, my complaint is with BestBuy. I set this product for pickup at a local store. However, the following day without any intervention on my behalf the product shipped to the address I had on my Best Buy account. While upon my request that would have been perfectly acceptable it was done without me knowing. Furthermore, the address on file is a previous address of mine and I’m related to the resident thankfully. However, they aren’t savy to do a return and it will be a while before I can personally go pick up the product from them. Please bestbuy don’t automatically assume that it is ok to ship without a consumers consent. It would’ve been equally problematic if I needed the product urgently.

This bag I bought it for my first semester at college. And it work good water proof, and since the time I bought it up to today it working very well.

Never thought I would have to purchase another backpack but after my previous one got soaked through and through and ended up getting some important papers wet, it was time for an upgrade. Super happy with this bag

After lengthy research, I broke down and bought this bag. It provides enough space and pockets to meet modest needs. I really enjoy the flexibility of this bag - backpack to soft briefcase.

I was in an emergency for business travel and needed a bag like this last minute! This was the perfect purchase. It’s convenient and easy to travel with.

Works well enough but the laptop compartment doesn't offer a lot of protection to the laptop in the bag. Only half the laptop is covered leaving it open to scratches and more from other items in the bag. Not a great choice for for daily commuters.

Really sturdy. I bought this for my mom on her way outside the US. She's had no problems.
