Great product issues with Best Buy

The product itself is currently not in my hands, but I’ve been advised by the person that received it that it is great! However, my complaint is with BestBuy. I set this product for pickup at a local store. However, the following day without any intervention on my behalf the product shipped to the address I had on my Best Buy account. While upon my request that would have been perfectly acceptable it was done without me knowing. Furthermore, the address on file is a previous address of mine and I’m related to the resident thankfully. However, they aren’t savy to do a return and it will be a while before I can personally go pick up the product from them. Please bestbuy don’t automatically assume that it is ok to ship without a consumers consent. It would’ve been equally problematic if I needed the product urgently.

Only half the laptop is covered leaving it open to scratches and more from other items in the bag. Not a great choice for for daily commuters.
