    My 2 n 1 tablet only had one USB port. This 4 port hub made it easy to use additional USB addons.

    I am a technology teacher. I grade my students' work from their flash drives. I purchased this hub so I could read from four flash drives easily and a bit more quickly than one drive at a time. We are a Mac lab and the USB ports are on the back. This hub does not even come out to the front of the computer. In all fairness, I did not find one with a longer cord. I had hoped that this one would be long enough, though.

    Great for expanding USB capabilities of laptop. Can't reliably charge devices with it but that is not what I needed it for.
