Nice addition to my laptop

This one offers me constant connection with my devices. My only problem I had was my own fault I failed to realize that this is really used for one side of device if you are picky about how things are hooked up. BUT, this was a oversight on my part.

Does the job I needed

If you are looking for a faster connection I would get USB 3 but for simply for ports that I needed, it was great. (I don't touch USB 1 anymore because it is just too slow). Cord is short enough that it won't take that much extra room using this.

Great USB Port expansion

This device passes power through it to the additional ports. If I were using devices that required a lot of power, I would check the specs on the port supplying power to the hub.
