wrong design

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I did not realize the 4 port hub that I bought was different than the one shown until I opened the package. I have one just like the one pictured and liked it. The second one I bought had the cable turned a quarter turn and it does not lay on the laptop correctly. I plan to take it back Monday.

Couple ports stopped working after a week

On the way to our destination we noticed one of the ports stopped charging, switched chargers and everything but no go. On the way back a second port stopped working.
