Solid protection - The only flaw is that the volume up-down buttons are extremely hard to push! (And, you need to use them to turn the unit off)... Because of that problem, we are considering returning it.

I didn’t ask enough questions

If I had paid more attention or asked more questions when purchasing the case I probably wouldn’t have bought it for that reason.

Had purchased a Targus case several years ago for another iPad so thought we would try another one. Very pleased with this one - just wish color selection was a bit broader.
