My Geek Squad guy, Stephen, spent time with her and very patiently introduced her to all the unique features and compatibility with phone and tv. It is very economical in size and affords her the ability to use it easily .

The first one worked for about 2-3 years before finally giving out (the plug/port became very sensitive and ended up not working). It’s very easy to use and is fairly quick. Keep in mind, if you use this as your application install location on your PS4, it will have to take the extra time to copy updates and downloads over to the hard drive. Overall I would recommend this, just be careful with it.
