Been using it since Monday (It's Wednesday now), and the loop to hold the pencil has already stretched to the point that it's useless. I plan on returning it immediately

Quality and texture of folio feels cheap and somewhat slippery. No auto sleep/wake function is a deal breaker. Used Targus folios in the past but this one is lacking. For $50, Back it goes.

You can many more cases with just a little impact the iPad inside will break

The size not labeled correctly. I bought 2 and one was 10.5 inches. I saw other packages with 10.5 in lebaled correctly. I end up buying it because a sales person it looks the same. I sent it to Europe for a gift, but wrong size. After I got it back the return policy was only for 30 days. Had to keep it. No pleased. Thinking about not shopping at bestbuy anymore.

The cover did not show the camera of the Samsung pad. Did not work as advertised.

Was too bulky for our taste for the iPad, so we returned it for another.

Lost my Apple pencil after storing it on my case for 22 days.

It's a pretty durable and nice case for the price. Has a cushioning feel to secure of any drops and protection but one thing Targus forgot to do was make opening for the speakers. It still sounds great but I don't see why they would have them covered by the shell. The biggest complaint I have is it does not go into wake/sleep mode automatically with the cover. I had another case and it was a nice feature to have but not really necessary. Overall, a good cover. I'd check out the other brands if you're looking just for the small things this one lacks. Loving this new ipad 10.5"!!!

I waited for Targus to come out with a case for the new iPad Pro 10.5 and it was worth the wait. Well thought out and feels good to the hand. I have not had the problem of the stylus holder stretching out. One thing to note, while other reviewers are correct that there are no "holes" in the case for the new quad speakers, there are channels formed into the case which open to the front of the iPad. These channels do their job and sound is perfectly okay using this case.

I was desperate for a case to protect my new IPad Pro 10.5; as usual Best Buy to the rescue. My only critique is that there are no slots for the quad speaker system; however it still will not disappoint...after reviewing feedback and doing a comparison between Apples thin Smart Cover case, which provides zero protection for the back of the device, the Targums which support as 4 ft drop is better suited for my busy on the go lifestyle. Would recommend...

Great product for the price and protects my I pad pro really well. Contrary to what others have said it does have an auto wake/sleep capability and does have a place on the back to hold the Apple pen
