It is possible to use it where the inside cover does not touch the table, but that part is a pain. I wish it was a little lighter in weight. The flap has a magnet that allows it to be folded back out of the way, that is a nice feature, along with the strong hold for the Apple Pencil.

It also has four front ports that channel the sound directly at you instead of on the side. Mine fell on the floor the other day and it was totally protected. Not a scratch. I highly recommend this product.

I love that it has a magnetic clasp to hold it closed. Also love that the iPad can turn and then basically be propped up instead of being held up.

It stays in whichever slot you choose and rotates giving it versatility. It also closes securely so if it gets dropped it stays closed. I highly recommend this case.
