I had plenty of cases that did not hold the iPad wen you us it. It will get a little dirty and have a lot of finger prints on it. But they will rub off.

Does the job

Feels like vibyl not even trying to feel like leather so thats what i sont lole but its a solid padded case and stabds open well. Not crazy about the flap but as the salesman showed me it does stay back via the magnet so thats what hooked me. Flap is good for keeping the pen safe when closed. Best oart is looks like a book on my shelf so nice way to not have an ipad lying around in the open
