Sturdy case

My Apple Pencil fits perfectly and IT DOES CHARGE MY APPLE PENCIL. Only thing I don’t like is that it does not have sleep/wake function. Why would you not put this on this case when it does everything else

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Held up for about 4 years. The closing handle is wearing down. Not so bad, as it has gotten a lot of use. like the fact that it props up to watch videos and has a nice rich leather-like feel to the cover.

Ideal and Priced Right

Others may not want to do what I did, but I solved the problem of the pencil not charging by actually cutting a slot out of the case. Did not harm the effectiveness of the case, took no time at all to do and the pencil charges perfectly.

Apple Pencil charging issue solved.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had written a 1-star review of this case but I discovered a solution to the pencil charging issue that does not require cutting the case. The issue was my screen protector. I put a glass screen protector on the iPad prior to installing the case. The case does not fit close enough with the screen protector already one. I removed the screen protector and the pencil charged with the case as it should. Then I reinstalled the screen protector with the case on and it works as it should. If you want to use the Targus case with a glass screen protector I would suggest putting the iPad in the case first then install the screen protector.

It’s okay
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall it is a very protective case, I got this case about a year ago, the one downside is after a while it wont charge your Apple Pencil because the silicone on the side, I thought my Apple Pencil was broken because of this and went out and bought a whole new one when I didn’t need to
