Good tv, horrible remote

My biggest issue is the remote that comes with it. Unless your in direct line with the sensor on the tv, it won’t work. I mean, direct line... if you’re in line but too high, or too low, the remote doesn’t work. I’m going to have to buy a different remote.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In addition to the remote that comes with the TV, you can download the free Roku mobile app on your Smartphone or tablet to use as a remote. Through the Roku mobile app, you gain access to power toggle, volume toggle, private listening, voice search, and more. Hope this helps!

Good price and gets the job done...

I wanted something inexpensive for a bedroom and I purchased this primarily because it had Roku built in. This tv is definitely not as responsive as my other Samsung tv's with external Roku devices. With this tv, my remote has to be in just the right elevated line of site for it to register, but for the price, it works. I would probably purchase it again for a garage or another room with limited use, but not in a main room tv
