Good buy for a kids room

It can get a little tricky in the beginning since it’s a bit different but I like that it has many options to install different apps. The remote is cute and perfect for a kids size.

For a simple, no frills inexpensive smart TV with roku integration it does the job. Like most roku tvs. No picture adjustment settings for contrast, and brightness.

Great value smart tv

Average at best.

It's slow to respond to inputs from the remote and it must have a poor wifi antenna. I tried moving the router to the same room and it was still buffering. No other device I the house buffwrs like this one. It's ok but I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to use it's Roku for streaming. I might have to connect a separate Roku device or google tv device in the future.

No Numerals on remote

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps!

Easy to set up and use

Good picture, annoying because needs 2 remotes

The picture is quite nice, but I didn't really care that it was a Roku TV. I have cable svc and it's annoying because you need two remotes to turn on the TV. TCL does not allow cable remotes to take over all aspects of operating its TVs. You turn it on with TCL remote, and adjust volume with same remote. But you change channels with the cable remote. Complicated. Also the legs are far apart which means you can't center balance it on a narrower stand/dresser/shelf shorter than 30 inches wide. it's better as an internet TV.

Many Universal and cable box remotes can be programmed to control select features on the TV. You can visit https://support.tcl.com/us-remote-codes for more information. If you do not see your specific remote, you would need to contact the remote's manufacturer to obtain the remote code from them. Additionally, you can program the TV to turn on to a specific input by going to Home>Settings>System>Power>Power On>Select the option that works best for you. Hope this helps!
