    Returned the product. The Roku remote is to small for my great aunt arthritic hands. Bought a different tv with a regular remote.

    Some features such as the sleep timer among others are difficult to set on this brand I have other brands like sharp or insignia and they are much easier

    Not easy to operate

    Tried operating the tv via my hotspot on my iPhone since I have no internet. The programs will not stay on more than five minutes without restarting itself.

    TV keeps disconnecting from router

    I've had the TV about three months. Unfortunately, it keeps dropping the internet connection. I have to restart the router and/ or TV almost weekly. All of my other devices stay connected. Now as of January 5, 2022. It only holds the connection for a few seconds. After a search on the internet I find that this has been an ongoing problem for years. This is annoying and I really regret my purchase.

    Perfect for spare bedroom or kids room

    Bought this for my 3 year old son’s room. It works well for what it is. The only complaint really is the remote is not very responsive.

      Hi Folklore,

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps!
