    “Garbage TV”

    No. Don’t do it. I bought this TV on sale around the super bowl. It is for streaming use in my bedroom. The quality is very poor. Within months I called TCL twice for assistance and should have returned it then. It lags, loads forever only to return to the home page, often the volume becomes an option on if it wants to work or not. The voice and picture often do not line up. I am constantly unplugging, restarting, and rebooting this television. When I finally did call a third time to TCL for it not loading any of my streaming apps they recommended I reset all of them (and I did…then I had to re-enter all of my login information and passwords for each streaming service.). This was a total waste of time. Unfortunately it was a year and ONE week since I had purchased the TV by then (silly me) and it was no longer covered under warranty. Thanks Best Buy. I find it harder and harder to find good quality items in your store these days. Please stop selling poor quality items. My son and I call this television the “garbage tv” daily when it freezes or does it’s own thing. I purchased for size and it’s built in Roku. I’m sure there are better options for you so keep searching.

    Best Buy doesn't stand behind defective products.

    I received a brand new tv this tv had a defective screen and Best Buy did nothing to help me. They wanted me to pay to ship back for their mistake. I will never buy any products from Best Buy again. If I could leave 0 stars i would of.

    Super slow. I try to watch a video on YOUTUBE. and it keeps slowing my TV down. And I can't even load shows on Netflix. I recommend getting a Amazon Fire Stick or a Samsung Smart Tv 0/10

    would not recommend

    HDMI connections are laggy and would not connect to any wifi. I tried to talking to TCL support and first thing was referred was have you tried turning off and on your wifi. and of course that didnt work and then I was re-routed to another page to PAY for support.

    Doesn't work with all Spectrum DVR boxes!

    Makes clicking noise when DVR Signals TV and beeping noise when fast forward/rewind etc. TCL blames Roku, Roku has no tech support and Spectrum is clueless. If you want to hit the mute button before every move on the TV it's fine but I don't know why anyone would. Samsung has none of these issues.

    Poor quality

    I bought two of these tv’a in 2019. Both tv’s are not working now. One day out of the blue your tv is going to have sound and the picture is going to be black and white lines. There is nothing you can do to fix this. Do not buy this tv!!

    Bad HDMI Ports
