Great Value TV

The install process by Total Tech reps went very well. It was up and running in a manner of minutes. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that the absolute basic resolution/definition of the TCL is just not quite up to the resolution standards of our other Samsung and Vizio TVs. However, the location of this TV is in the kitchen dinette area, so it is adequate for that intended use.
