Roku TV’s and TLC are great

Mounted on wall to free up counter space. Great picture have since replaced all TV’s in house. 7 total to Roku TV’s. The extra 1000 Roku channels made it worth it. Table top anntena for 67 local channels and the rest are Roku channels from Internet connection wifi. All the sports news cooking and foreign shows you could ask for

Oh, and did I forget to tell you there's no buttons on the television. So you can't even turn it on. Fortunately I had my own remote from another Roku TV. Other than that, the TV works fine and has a good picture.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. This is rather unusual, as this new TV comes with two feet with screws to secure them, a power cord, a remote, and a quick start guide. You may want to check your receipt to see if the TV you purchased is new or Open-Box/Previously Owned. For Open-Box/Previously Owned TVs, you would need to contact your retailer for assistance. If purchased new, we would love the opportunity to look into this for you and gather more information to see how we can best assist you. Stopped working after 2 months

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I never write reviews, but our experience with this TCL tv has been so bad that I highly recommend not buying it. The picture quality was great, and we love the Roku interface, but it stopped working after 2 months and just went to a black screen. We spent hours on the phone, sending emails, and taking videos of the problem in order to get a "refurbished" replacement. We finally got the replacement, but after one week, the replacement ALSO stopped working. We had to go through the same frustrating experience of proving the problem, and now we can't get a response from TCL. We've been told twice that our case has been "endorsed" (whatever that means), and that we should call back in 3 days. It's also worth noting that the warranty for the original tv was for 12 months, but the warranty for the refurbished unit only lasts 90 days. Shady.
