There is a consistent lag between the Roku remote & the TV. There are also times where the remote controls don’t even function. You get what you pay for. Don’t buy this one

Very disappointed in the tv sales staff at the north Olmsted Ohio location. They have absolutely no clue what they are talking about or doing. Worst in the area for sure.I will never go back. And I will make sure to tell others to do the same

Constantly having to restart streaming

We have the same problem with a new 43” we purchased around the same time. Our internet connection is excellent. We have an older TCL Roku tv in another room that never disconnects. New purchases are disappointing.

Beware- open box
