    The salesman who took care of me was very informative and didn’t waste my time looking at all of three TVs I told him my budget price and what I wanted and he suggested the TV I purchased and I love it

    A very good TV for the price. We bought a 40 inch for upstairs and this 32 inch for the basement as we quit cable and our now streaming.

    Bought this tv [TCL - 32" Class 3-Series Full HD LED Smart Roku TV] almost a year ago to use as a second monitor for my office. Has been a great monitor until recently. Screen now is intermittently strobing and color shifting on parts of the screen. Tested video card, cable, and ports no problem there. Sound is ok, don't really use it, audio is pumped through speakers. May buy again with a geek squad warranty (20-30 buck). Still not a bad deal to not stress my old eyes for the last year.

    Good features, but gets a bit buggy over time. I've owned this TV for about 2 1/2 years. After a couple of years, it started to not have sound only when using streaming services. I'd have to go through a reset each time I switched to a streaming service to get the sound working. Now the picture and the entire tv has started to shut off while I'm watching it. I went through all the troubleshooting steps I could find online - reset it, disconnected all the HDMI cables, checked that the sleep timer is turned off, checked the power cable, checked that the remote power button wasn't stuck down, etc. When I watch it, it just turns off, then turns on and off repeatedly, then plays tv for 10 minutes or 30 minutes or a day, then shuts down again. Very frustrating. I've really enjoyed it otherwise, and it does all the things I want from a smart tv, but I expected a few more trouble-free years from it.

Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     We bought this TV right after this new version was released after our daughter had such a great experience with the prior model. Everything has been wonderful so far. If I was being nitpicky, my one suggestion to the manufacturer is a voice remote as it makes finding things much easier. Otherwise 5 out of 5 stars!

    The screen started flickering at 13 months. Have to trash it. Get the extended warranty.
