Good, but you get what you pay for

Picture is not as bright by a long shot, but we figured there'd be some degradation of the picture at this price point. The most aggravating part about this TV is that there are no manual controls and the remote is crap. No voice controls either like we have on our other 2- 1 yr old Samsung units.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In addition to the remote that comes with the TV, you can download the free Roku mobile app on your Smartphone or tablet to use as a remote. Through the Roku mobile app, you gain access to power toggle, volume toggle, private listening, voice search, and more. There are also options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Hope this helps!
