Disappointed with it

My previous TV screen had become pixelated. I looked at the reviews here, as well as researching the tv itself. This is my first Smart TV. The YouTubeTV app is really glitchy and it buffers a lot. The other apps work fine. It’s not my internet/wifi because everything else works fine. I have a Roku device that I used with my old tv so I hooked it up to my Roku TV on HDMI. It works fine. I am really disappointed in this product. It’s my first smart tv and I had high expectations. Even the remote doesn’t work right. I have to point it right at the LED sensor to turn it on, to change volume etc. If I have my feet up and I aim the remote at the tv, it won’t work because my foot is in the way. I can’t return it because it’s past the 15 day policy.
