But if you’re looking for a good smart TV I’d look elsewhere. I owned an LG Smart TV prior to this, so maybe I am comparing the two products, but I found this TV just average. My TV will freeze while using streaming apps and the control often becomes unresponsive which is super frustrating.

Slow Interface

Software is pretty slow, and the TV sometimes restarts in the middle of streaming something. It just doesn't seem to have a powerful enough processor or some other bottleneck to handle the load. Otherwise, good picture and sound. Decent value for the price, but I can't give it more than an "average" rating.
