Your sales staff wasn't of very much help.

The set-up instructions were too vague or not readily useful to a computer illiterate user like me. So far, it seems to be working as it should. The remote control for the set is horribly designed. (Each time you pick it up, you "accidently" change or turn off the volume.)

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In addition to the remote that comes with the TV, you can download the free Roku mobile app on your Smartphone or tablet to use as a remote. Through the Roku mobile app, you gain access to power toggle, volume toggle, private listening, voice search, and more. Hope this helps!

I’m cheap so I use an antenna and this tv is Roku compatible. It works to my satisfaction and as soon as I figure out how to program the timer my satisfaction will increase. I really wanted a tv that would work with my Bluetooth earbuds. Couldn’t find one. I don’t know why that isn’t a simple (cheap) fix.
