Decent TV for the price & features

This one one of the VERY few meeting the criteria. Downside... I MUST use my Comcast remote to change channels and the TCL remote for EVERY other task. Can be a pain.

It took me 45 minutes to get the setup done and I did not do anything twice. The setup is just ridiculously time consuming. You cannot get through setup without access to your email account, and you must sign up for Roku, with a credit card, before you can watch TV. The setup process ruins the experience for me. I will not recommend this TV.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In order to use the smart features of this TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. You will still have access to all of the inputs and features of a traditional TV. We are always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback is greatly appreciated! However, it does lack some features like an audio output other than optical. Would also prefer connections under the TV rather on the side to better hide the cables.
