Good but needs center base stand

Can hold a good connection.... maybe a bad unit

None of our other devices do. It often stops working with the iPhone app, stops playing and says buffer issues and then says "Not Connected" when I turn it on (this requires me to pull out the power and plug it back in). Or other Roku TV's are awesome... this one is our first TCL, so it could be a brand defect or just a bad unit.
