Good Picture

No number pad on remote

There is no number pad on the remote and the number pad on a universal remote won't work either. There is no sleep timer and it is missing several other standard TV options. I returned it the next day. Picture is really good though.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Our smart TVs do not currently support the direct input of channel numbers. However, you can enable favorites on your antenna channels so that channels you visit a lot will appear towards the top. To enable favorites, you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable Favorite Channels. Additionally, there is a sleep timer that can be access by pushing the asterisk (*) button on the remote while watching content. Under this Options menu, there is specific 'sleep time' setting. Given the opportunity, we could have helped you better navigate the TV so that you could find all of the great features it has to offer. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. This TV has a coaxial located on the back of the TV near the other inputs. By connecting an antenna you can receive over-the-air channels. However, the reception depends on the signal strength. When viewing over the air antenna content, you may need to adjust your antenna placement to get better reception. Excellent Option for any small room

It's just ok

This one is tolerable. It doesn't pickup my internet as well as the other. always having to restart. Had to disconnect my surround sound because I had to turn it up to 80-100 to hear it. I recommend as a secondary TV.

Coffee machines

When it arrived 3 weeks later the carton was damaged and the machine did not work I returned it and ordered a different coffee maker. I went to your store in Columbia, MO yesterday morning to see if it had arrived. It had not. I received an e-mail in the afternoon to say that it was ready for pick up. It had been in the store all the time. Now I have to make another trip to claim it. In future I will stick to Amazon!
