    Best Buy is the most frustrating franchise I’ve ever dealt with. Geek squad did a great installation, tv hook-up & wall mount. I paid for Add on in wall power which the installer could not be done because of the configuration inside the wall. He told me he would credit my account but my account has not been credited. There’s no way to contact Best Buy; I’ve tried on-line & by phone. You’re on hold for hours, then cut off. No chat avail online

    the 1080 image is very nice. The TV is for my daughter. It only took her only about 10 minutes to figure out the remote.
