I love the tv

Geek squad did a great installation, tv hook-up & wall mount. I paid for Add on in wall power which the installer could not be done because of the configuration inside the wall. He told me he would credit my account but my account has not been credited. There’s no way to contact Best Buy; I’ve tried on-line & by phone. You’re on hold for hours, then cut off. No chat avail online
