    I bought the 1080P version expecting the picture quality of the Samsung or LG. Not because I am naive, but because I told the salesman that that was what I liked. He said, "oh, it has just as great of a picture quality as those for half the price. They just turn the brightness up on those to make it look better". Well, when I got home to set it up, you can't make it any brighter. And I had a difficult time setting the Roku up with my phone and wifi. Also, I was told that I would receive 30 day free trial of sling TV. Well, now it's only 7. So I called TCL, they are going to check into it for me, but if it only says 7 on the TV, then it's only 7 days for free now. Regardless of their advertising clearly stating 30 days free. I believe that the customer service center is out of the country because every person I've spoken to has a very thick accent and is very difficult to understand. I think I'm going to take this TV back to Best Buy and maybe go with the Samsung or LG. I don't think I need the Roku or Fire editions. Just a good ole smart TV with a great picture.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. There are options available to adjust the picture settings to better fit your personal preference. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, image quality is often influenced by signal strength of what you are watching. When streaming, you would want to check your WiFi signal strength. For this TV, you would want to make sure than you that you have a minimum of 3.0 Megabits per second. When viewing over the air antenna content, you may need to adjust your antenna placement to get better reception.
