However, it sometimes has issues maintaining proper connection to our internet resulting in time-outs, and desynchronization of audio and video. Received at a good price, but as they say, you get what you pay for.

Not as easy to program as I was lead to believe

Could not get remote paired to Direct Tv. Had to use both reports to even turn regular tv on. Remote did not have voice response on pad. Somehow on screen I was able to get it, don’t quite know how. Her voice was garbled, not understandable and no inflection. Roku promotes easy set up, I found it to be very frustrating. Have set up and paired VIZIO, Toshiba, Samsung with no difficulty. Returned to Best Buy, upgraded to Samsung

So I simply just returned and purchased elsewhere
