    Slow built in roku

    Tv is fine but the built in roku continues to buffer and the apps are slow. Hopefully if they can improve the built in roku, then I would give 4 stars.

    The image could be better. Dont like the remote. No numbers on it to change channels when you are watching regular tv. Will be returning it.

      Hello,

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps!

    Like the tv. After 2years of uses the screen went out. I researched it and it’s actually something these tv’s are known for doing.

Our TVs are carefully designed and engineered to give our customers years of entertainment. Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage.     Decent television

    Good television for the price. Not too big and the software was a little lagy but overall not bad. I planned on using it as a computer monitor/tv but it was too big for a monitor.

    Apps lag or don't work

    I was hoping to have an integrated Roku experience. Well ... It is integrated, but the TV CPU is not adequate. It can't handle running a show on Netflix and the app crashes and brings me back to the Roku home screen. Pausing and playing in Disney plus has considerable lag. I have a 65 inch Roku TCL and have none of these issues. I suggest you buy a quality TV then just add Roku with a plug in device.

    Purchased for bedroom. No instructions. Google use to understand how to set up. Internet streaming works fine . Picture is ok. Sound is terrible. Can only have low , high and medium volume but they are almost the same. Can barely hear it if in bed. Lack of any other controls for this problem or other standard TV adjustments. No on off button on TV. Remote use is cumbersome as have to scroll a lot . Do not like the light remaining on if the tv is plugged in as this is in a bedroom prefer darkness to sleep - do not want a TV night light.

There are volume buttons located on the right-hand side of the remote, and there is a power button located on the TV itself at the middle bottom under the brand logo. Additionally, the Standby LED can be turned off by going to Home>Settings>System>Power>Standby LED>Off. Hope this helps!

    Keeps losing the wifi connection. I will return it. Apparently a common problem. I am very disappointed as I wanted a 32" screen with 1080.

    Bought it 6 almost 7 months ago. Always disconnects from wifi. Constantly have to connect to internet. Apps always have issues of slow audio or no audio. I have had to disconnect the power to restart it on several occasions. It's a huge pain and I will be returning. Absolutely HATE IT! I have never had an issue with like with a TV like I do with this one.

    Buggy and underpowered

    I love the Roku interface, but on this TV it doesn't work right. Twice I've had to reset Roku because the audio and video got out of sync on all apps and restarting wouldn't fix it. Many times loading an app will overwhelm Roku and the whole TV will freeze at the loading screen for a few minutes with no buttons responding, including the power button. Often an app will just take a long time to load. Sometimes in the middle of watching a program the TV will just freeze for a minute or so and then reboot itself.

    Good tv for what it is. The smart tv aspect isn’t the fastest. But can’t expect much for the cost. Connect a Roku to it and this tv works really well.

    ROKU fight with Spectrum renders TV useless

    STOP! The TV works fine. But ROKU has decided to fight with Spectrum and Google. Bought the TV to use with Spectrum and now it is mostly useless without being able to use the Spectrum application. Very disappointed. Learned our lesson. What application will they drop next? Disney? Apple? Netflix? They are getting too big for their britches. We will stick with Samsung on the next TV purchase.

    Not recommended - audio issues

    Good picture but SERIOUS audio issues. The audio through the streaming services is about half that of live TV. There's also a serious lag in starting the services. Often the audio is also out of sync on both cable/live and streaming. I have tried all of the audio settings. I had a Roku stick before this TV and had no issues with that setup. I waited for the software update, hoping this would be resolved and it was not. I do not recommend this product and I regret my purchase.

    Ideal Bedroom or office TV

    This is by no means a great TV. However for the price and built in Roku it is ideal for a bedroom or office. I would recommend using a wall mount for this TV as the stand does not swivel at all.

    It's a nice TV - easy to use. I am disappointed that it does not have an Ethernet port so you have to use wireless regardless of how close your router is located.

    Don't understand how to work this TV

    There is no standard remote control, only a Roku remote. I don't know how to use the Roku device to watch my regular cable service. I'm returning for a more standard television. If the booklet that comes with the TV would be more clear about the operation of the set, it would help old people like me to use these devices. Some of us don't have grandkids to teach us how these devices work.

    Not able to setup Roku.

    This the second tv...had to return first one hardware not working. I don't have wifi and unable to use hotspot on my phone. Trying to find a way to use and setup Roku.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In order to use the smart features of this Roku TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. You will still have access to all of the inputs and features of a traditional TV. Hope this helps!
