    Not very happy. I purchased an open box tv and it did not state in description that it was missing the remote, the pedestal legs and the power chord. Now I can’t even use the item and am looking online to buy the additional accessories. These details should of been included in the description and even if I want to refund i have to make an appointment

    Really like the functionality of this TV when I got it. It's a little slow moving from different platforms, but for the price, that's a small issue. I was going to buy another for another room in my home, but after 4 months of owning this TV, I've already lost the sound.

    Big Mistake

    This TV is pretty awful. The sound was tinny and we couldn't understand the voices so we had to purchase external speakers for an additional $250, so it wasn't a good value at all. The TV blanks out sometimes and just loses the connection. We have Optimum so maybe it's their fault, but I would NEVER buy this TV again.

    I am still trying at how to get local channels on this tv, when I get that accomplished, I will feel more like it is a tv

    If you are not looking for high-end then it's cool. The picture is pretty dark compared to my Sony tv

    remote is so small I spend a lot of time looking for it! Takes too long to find what I want to watch. performs fine with cable.

    Highly discourage

    Do not buy this. The TV speakers stopped working less than three months after purchase. The inputs are dying off. I got a sound bar (same reliable model I have in another room that connects by Bluetooth to my LG TV) since the speakers won’t work. Had to wire it since this TV doesn’t have a Bluetooth option. Every time I turn the TV on, I have to unplug the port and plug it back in to get the sound to work. So I tried ANOTHER sound bar (with phenomenal reviews) and connected this one by optical cord. Worked ok...once. Just turned the TV on for the second time with the new sound bar and can’t get the optical port to work with any devices (tried a couple others). New sound bar works fine with other TV. I can’t express how disappointed I am that I spent money on this, and of course Best Buy made the sale, has the money and offers no help to the customer.

    The apps on this TV work terrible. I can start a movie, try to turn up the volume or pause it & the TV will go right back to it's home screen. The sound is constantly off from when the mouth is moving. Really annoying! The picture is good. That's about the only good thing I can say. Works fine on live TV.

    Buy a better TV and a Roku device. NO VOICE SEARCH

    I bought this TV because I love my Roku devices that have a voice search on the remote. You would think that a TV made specifically for Roku would have their best remote but this one doesn't have that feature. Buy a TV with better specs and add a Roku device with voice search and you will be happy. I would return it but it is already wall mounted and the box is already gone to the recycle center.
