    Missing Parts unable to exchange

    The TV works great but the feet were missing 3 of 4 screws. We tried the one screw and even though it works without the feet. When you put the screw in the single foot, the foot falls off. I don't know if the screw was too short of the foot too deep. We were told we could not exchange it for a similar unit because they are out of stock further than 100 miles from us. TCLusa.com was useless. They would only send 1 screw and kept repeating when did we buy the unit even though we had already given all that information to at least 4 representatives. In the end we quit dealing with them. Who wants to watch a TV screen laying flat on a table??????! We have still owned the TV less than 1 month.

    Air play doesn't stay connected. It boots off my phone app within 30 minutes :-(

    This is an average TV for the cost. Nothing special. It works. Not sure I like the Rocu TV app.

    Found the same exact television at Walmart for 100 dollars. The extended warranty was also cheaper at WalMart.

    Don’t waste your money! This product will not load and open apps at all. Nothing but frustrations. Reading online I see that numerous others have the same issue. On the plus side the picture is great on cable, but it ain’t working like it’s designed to. Bad product, sorry to have bought it.

    THE MOST ANNOYING TV EVER

    This annoying TV wants to act like a computer upgrade. Latches onto my WiFi and won't let my desktop at the other end of the house do anything. I have to turn that darn electronic gizmo OFF COMPLETELY before I can do anything on my desktop computer. I wanted a TV, not another computer!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Poor WiFi

    This tv does not have an ethernet jack so its wifi only. My router was only 15 ft away (other Samsung tv in another room works fine on wifi) and kept dropping signal. I ended up returning the tv. I will say that Best Buy took it back with no hassle.

    Good TV but had to start a Roku account

    We use this TV as a computer monitor. It would not be good for gaming but it is adequate for documents and social media.

      In order to use the smart features on this TV you do need to be connected to the Internet, activate the TV (Free), and create/sign into a Roku account (Free). However, if you simply want to use the inputs you can elect not to connect to the Internet at setup and skip these steps. Hope this helps!

    Product Damaged or Defective

    The TV was shipped to me in it's original package without any outer protective packaging. The TV had a very noticeable spot about 4 inches in diameter on/in the screen. The TV was returned. No one contacted me as to whether I wanted a replacement, Perhaps communications would have existed without the corona virus. I would have repurchased the item, but BB was out of stock. I purchased the TV from another supplier. I like the TV. Unfortunately, the one I initially received was damaged or defective. This review is based upon that particular TV set.
