    Set up is rediculus what you have to go through, they are trying to sell all of the after market services.

    Purchased 1/2021. Has been just okay for a bedroom TV. A little slow to turn on and function. Like some of the Roku features, but the picture has recently begun to be wonky. Images on the screen becoming fuzzy and out of focus. Reset to factory set-did no good. Do not recommend.

    It’s an average tv but the sound is horrible, I tried adjusting all settings and it still sounds muffled....

      Hi Bigizz,

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In order to use the smart features of this TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. You will still have access to all of the inputs and features of a traditional TV. Hope this helps!

    Periodically It fails to respond to the remote. The manufacturer has sent me a new remote but it made no difference. Some times it loses wi fi connection when turned off so I have to set it up again. This is not my first smart tv but it will be my LAST TCL.

Currently, our smart TVs do not support the direct input of channel numbers for OTA. However, if your TV is connected to the Internet, you can press the left arrow key to populate a channel guide and navigate channels this way. Additionally, you can enable "favorites" for over the air channels so that your most-watched channels will automatically appear towards the top. To enable favorites you would go to Home>Settings>TV inputs>Antenna TV>Favorite Channels>Enable. Hope this helps!
