    Choose a different tv

    Regularly loses ability to connect to XFinity stream. In order to reconnect the XFinity app has to be removed and reinstalled. Apparently this is a known problem with the Roku tvs. I hope this review helps someone else from purchasing this tv.

    No on 32” TCL

    Replaced a 22 year old Sony tube. Poor picture quality on all cable channels. Mediacom cable co blames TCL tv. Called TCL, they blamed Mediacom cable co for picture quality. Finger pointing p-match. No accountability from either. Need 2 remotes to get cable, change channels & TCL streaming.

    TV worked for 4 days then it went to a blue screen and never came back. I called support for TCL and was told it must be defective TV. It was nice for 4 days.... after that, well..... Im taking back to Best Buy tomorrow.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. You can program the TV to power on to a specific input. To do this, you would go to Home>Settings>System>Power>Power On>Select the input you would like the TV to power on to. Hope this helps!

    Great TV for a spare room or small space!

    We put this TV in a spare bedroom that is mostly used for painting and art projects. Sometimes we might play a YouTube tutorial to help with understanding the steps or techniques used for our project. Other times it provides relaxing music and video while working. This is our 2nd TCL Roku TV and we love the easy to use interface of the Roku system. Set up is super easy, just enter your present account info. Even new Roku users will find setup super easy. Wall mounting the TV was easy due to its small size and light weight. This is the second TCL Roku TV we have purchased at BestBuy. We also have a 43" TCL 4K model in our garage and are very pleased with its performance. We chose this TV because of its low cost, good performance and built in Roku smart interface and are happy with our BB purchase.

    This is the second tv I purchased in less than 2 months. Getting ready to return this one too,....audio issues. Crackling over voice, audio doesn’t sync with picture sometimes. I’m regretting giving this one a second chance.

    DO NOT BUY! Horrible picture quality. This TV was unfortunately not on display when I purchased it. It was when I returned to the store and the (2) 720dpi TVs next to it both had a very superior picture quality. I made a bad choice

    Have to many problems

    From day one it was starting to mess up and after phone call after phone call I couldn’t get it working and neither could they I now have to take it back to store and see if they can get it to work

    Smart TV that can't stream...

    A smart TV that could not stream after the Roku OS update (tried Tablo, Netflix and other apps which all work fine on my other sized TCL TVs)... So yeah it went back to the store.

    Not a Christmas present afterall

    I bought this tv for a Christmas present. You would think at this time of year, packaging would be better. The tv was delivered in its box for everyone to see—-anyone who drove by the house-including my child whom the gift was for.

    You don't get what's advertised !

    Doing the set up it wants to make you have a ROKU account meaning you agree to ROKU's terms and changes to it. Calling customer service I found it can be skipped by skipping the network setup. However, this means it's no longer a smart TV. It's going back to the store.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. Similar to most streaming devices, in order to use the smart features of this Roku TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. You will still have access to all of the inputs and features of a traditional TV.

    After nine months of use, TV cycles on and off in endless loop, even after factory resets and pushing reset button on side of TV. Quick Google search reveals problem is a common one. Expected more from TCL and Best Buy. Will never buy brand again.

    They should have never advertised that these TVs can do AirPlay because. It. Does. Not. Work. I get audio if I'm lucky. The good news is TCL has convinced me to try someone else for a TV that works.

    Speakers died in a month

    I bought this tv having owned several other tcl Roku TV's and I've liked them. I've had it for about a month and the speakers are destroyed. I've never had the volume above 25%! It has maybe 50 hours on it. Absolutely awful
