The tv it's self is ok but the apps to watch netflix and hulu etcmeh are slow and they freeze. Maybe it's just my awful internet but I'm not a fan.

Slow streaming, struggles with Netflix, Hulu, etc.

It is super slow to respond and load content. It will often pause a show to catch up on buffering. I have very fast internet and none of my other devices struggle.

Slow response

Don’t buy this.

This tv has major issues to be new!

Sound issue

This TV is the Worst Ever

I will not make a purchase for this item again.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. In order to use the smart features of this TV, you would need to complete the guided setup. This includes connecting to the Internet via WiFi, creating a Roku account (completely free), and activating the TV (completely free). However, if you just want to use this TV as a traditional TV by connecting external devices through the various inputs and not use the smart features, you can elect to not connect this TV to the Internet at startup. You will still have access to all of the inputs and features of a traditional TV. Our TVs are compatible with most Universal and cable remotes. Many Universal and cable box remotes can be programmed to control certain features on the TV. You can visit https://support.tclusa.com/tv-remote-codes/roku-tv-remote-codes for more information. Furthermore, this TV can be programmed to power on to a specific input by going to Home>Settings>System>Power>Power on>Select the input you would like the TV to power on to. Hope this helps!

Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. You can access the Options menu on the TV by pressing the asterisk (*) button on your remote while watching content. Additionally, you can access expert picture settings by downloading the free Roku mobile app on a smartphone or tablet.
