    It was a house warming gift for mom. She is enjoying the TV to the upmost. She will probably upgrade next year. To a 55 inch.

    Screen was damaged when I opened the package. It was returned for credit and I did not re-purchase.

    Bought this TV to use as a computer monitor. But turned it on and immediately went dark. Waiting for store to open again so I can return it.

    The TV was damaged in the box

    When we unpacked the TV we found the screen was cracked. It looked like it had been dropped or something heavy had been put on it.

    Salesman had no clue what he was selling me - I returned the tv as I had no clue what ROKU is and salesman didn’t explain

    Lasted only 2 years before black screen occurred. Older TCL from 2011 still going strong. Disappointed in brand.

    Had to return the first one then this one has the same issue apps keep freezing and will turn off and on

    This television would not work unless I was to pay another $70.00 to Roku. I let them know it was not that serious.
