Our TVs do come with a 1-year parts and labor manufacturer's warranty for those rare times that defects occur. In cases like this, if you purchased an extended warranty, you may want to reach out to see if you can file a warranty claim through the extended warranty company. Furthermore, if you purchased using a credit card, some credit card companies also provide additional coverage. TCL 1080P 32"
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased today with low profile wall mount (Model:NS-HTVMFAB) and (Model: NS-PU98505) USB 2.0 to ethernet adapter. I find the only thing missing with the smaller ROKU smart TV's is a direct ethernet connection. I try to use wired connections for everything possible freeing up my WIFI. After some research I found people that wanted to put these TV's on a wired network was to use the USB adapter. You will need to first connect to the WIFI network to download firmware. Once completed reset your wireless connection and have the USB adapter installed. The picture is nice and clear and a step up from the 720P sets. I would like to see a 90 degree wall plug to assist in keeping the TV flush to the wall. The Insignia wall mount had the correct M4 mounting screws and washers needed to secure to brackets.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is a good tv for the price and convenience. I have it in a childs bedroom and its perfect. Every now and then the tv will fall off the internet and you have to reconnect but its few and far between
