    Had the TCL 32" Class 3-Series LED Full HD Smart Roku TV. Worked fine until the warranty ran out, then bam, it crapped out on me. Super disappointed. Won't be buying TCL again.

    Roku is a Nightmare

    Couldn't send a simple input to the TV without first spending an excessive amount of time creating a Roku account and setting all sorts of entertainment preferences, going through advertisements, and declining to enter my credit card. When it was finally up and running and were prompted to provide login credentials to connect a smartphone for remote control, credentials didn't work! Reset password didn't deliver an email! Contacting tech support by chat was a total waste of time, the first girl transferred me and nobody ever came back. Finally got through to someone by phone after several disconnections and a 18 minute hold. PITIFUL EXPERIENCE.

    This is the second TCL tv I’ve bought from Best Buy. The first one I liked for a while, but it started acting glitchy and not wanting to load anything. I thought it was just because it was older and stuff changes every time a new tv comes out. So I bought a newer version. Literally the exact same just newer…and this one is worse than the last one. I’m literally less than 2 feet from the WiFi router in my home and it constantly disconnects. Lags more than anything I’ve ever seen. Has already started acting glitchy and not wanting to load anything. I’ve done all the necessary updates and everything. DO NOT BUY THIS TV! Buy anything else but TCL! These are garbage and shouldn’t be sold to anyone!

    Awful tv. The volume only works if I have a speaker plugged in, only a select few of the buttons work on the controller and it’s super slow. Only a year old abs I’m really disappointed

    Horrible ! My TV Literally just blew out and it’s only been 3yrs. This is the 3rd tv that I’ve purchased within a 6 year span

    TCL-32"Class 3: Poor: bad with HBOmax or Starz

    The TCL is fine except for the roku overheating message that appears when watching HBOmax and Starz. The TCL tech support was helpful but not to the point of solving the issue; they allow 72 hrs for the user go through their recommended steps and respond. I took too long and now have to start over with a request for help. I give a "Fair" rating because others might not use HBOmax or Starz, otherwise would rate it "Poor". I am not happy with this product.

    Stopped working only 4 years

    Stopped working after 4 years. Just like all Roku products. When it worked, it was fine. I had issues with the auto-updates until I changed my Wi-Fi settings. But hear 4 and the picture just went black and I can’t get it to work. Factory reset did nothing. I have a 15 year old Sanyo that’s still working perfectly fine. You get what you pay for, I give up on giving my money to Roku. I’m on my way to spend a bit more for quality TV and streaming device.

    No sleep timer???

    How can such an otherwise excellent television be missing a sleep time? I should have paid better attention and perhaps looked at this TV in the store before purchasing. If a sleep timer is important to you, avoid this television.

      Hi John,

      While there is not a physical button for a sleep timer, there is an option for it. Simply press the asterisk (*) button on your TCL Roku TV remote, highlight the sleep time option, and choose how long you want to set it for (30minutes-3hours). Hope this helps!

    No remote, unusable

    Bought a 'certified' open box version with a guarantee of no parts missing, and the tv was impossible to set up without the Roku remote. So began an hours long odyssey to have best buy give us a replacement and we ultimately just had to seek out another ourselves. No sure how you could 'certify' and test anything that is impossible to use out of the box.

    This TV sucks

    Worst TV I ever purchased after a year it’s really slow and takes at least 3-4 tries to select a show without it crashing completely. I’ve downloaded all the updates and it still just doesn’t work well. It was a total waste of money and I would never buy another from the same brand.

    Wifi Issue

    I usually like TCL Roku TV's. This was my 4th in the house and the smallest in screen size. Thing is this TV has WiFi issues unlike my other larger TCL TV's. Keeps losing WiFi connection to the extent a full TV-RESET must be done. It's like the WiFi circuit inside this TV stops working and only a full RESET will bring it back to operation. I once had a 28" TCL in the garage that did the same thing and returned that one. Something about these smaller screened TCL TV's and their WiFI circuity failing. And only a full RESET will temporally fix it. Will be returning this TCL probably for the 32" Samsung.

    32 inch tv

    I was really looking forward to a new TVA smart TV. This has a very bad delay on pausing or rewinding and fast forwarding. It pauses quite a bit and goes back to the beginning. And it is not my Wi-Fi because my ipad and other things have no problems

    One fatal flaw

    They should mention the TV has very few remote control codes available. You cannot use a Spectrum Cable remote to control this tv. You will need to juggle 2 remotes. It is suggested to buy a Harmony remote for about $200. I should never have paid for a 5 year warranty as I'll likely lose it if I return the tv.
