When I opened the box it was in there was a piece of tape saying black dots in this area but when i set it up all was fine I have had this TV for about a month not and I use it every day and there have been no issues with it so far. I love the speakers sharp and clear, the TV is slim and nice looking. The only thing I do not like to get to the cable box you turn on the TV then have to use the right arrow to get to the box then press OK a little inconvenience but well worth the price. Knowing what I know about this TV if I needed another small TV I would get this one.

Small remote

With tiny volume buttons on the side of the very small remote, we are often hitting them without meaning to. The other few buttons on this Roku TV/Remote are also small making them very close together. In a darkly lit room, which is how we like the room when we watch TV, we often hit the wrong button. TCL needs to make a remote that's larger with larger buttons.

Great Smart TV Because of Great Customer Service

I went to a big box store but there was no one to help. So I headed to Best Buy! Although they did not have the size I wanted I did buy the next size up and plan on using it as a monitor in my office in the future. The only way I was able to get the best brand for the best price that fit my needs was the sales associated who helped me out. Sorry I don't have his name but he was great! I was at the Delafield Best Buy when I made my purchase! So happy I went there!

Great 32" TV for limited areas

The screen is 1080p and it has Roku built into it. Bestbuy has a great price and fast delivery.
